Chef Thibault Sombardier unveils a gastronomic experience that he loves to be gourmet, precise, and elegant. With the support of Matthieu Pirola, his Executive Chef, he offers a cuisine in perpetual motion that follows the rhythm of the seasons and the arrivals.

We welcome you to our restaurant Anne: Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. ( brunch on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
The Anne restaurant will be closed from January 1 to 12 inclusive.

Lunch menu served Tuesday through Friday (not available on weekends and holidays, excluding drinks):
